SUMMARY:Managing Medical Maternal Obstetric Trauma (mMOET)
DESCRIPTION:This 2 day face to face course provides candidate with the clinical knowledge and skills necessary to develop a disciplined\, logical and safe approach to the management of obstetric emergencies. \nTarget audience\nAll mMOET candidates should be from a medical background. \nObstetrics/gynaecology professors\, consultants\, staff grade\, associate specialists and UHDB Trust doctors are automatically eligible. \nTraining Grade candidates should have Part 2 MRCOG. \nAnaesthetic candidates should have FRCA or equivalent. Staff and Associate Specialist doctors working regularly in obstetric anaesthesia are also eligible irrespective of FRCA status. A&E candidates should be a Consultant\, SpR or Staff Grade with a special interest in obstetric emergencies and trauma.
