SUMMARY:Obstetric Anaesthesia Emergencies Simulation Training
DESCRIPTION:This one day hands on practical simulation course introduces learners to the critical skills required to handle emergencies in the delivery suite.  This course is specifically designed for anaesthetic trainees who are ready to take the next step to excel in high pressurised situations. \nThe course will cover \n\nMajor Haemorrhage – learn how to quickly and effectively manage real life threatening blood loss.\nComplications of regional anaesthesia – learn how to handle complications as they arise.\nAirway complications – gain the skills to tackle airway emergencies with confidence.\nMaternal collapse – be prepared to act swiftly and save lives when seconds count.\n\nThis course is aimed at ACCS Trainees\, Stage 1 & 2 anaesthesia trainees. \nTo reserve you place on the course\, please email simulation.administration@bthft.nhs.uk
