Faculty Development Day

This one day course provides learners with theoretical knowledge as well as hands on experience in planning and delivering a simulation session. The course aims to deliver:
- Principles of simulation based education
- Debriefing / feedback skills
- How to plan and develop scenarios
- How to use simulation effectively as an educational method
- Hands on introduction to using high fidelity manikins
