Listening Service

Peer support offering a friendly ear and a safe space for you to talk about anything that is on your mind.

Spiritual, Pastoral and Religious Care (SPaRC)

The Spiritual, Pastoral and Religious Care (SPaRC) team is made up of representatives of different beliefs and is here for staff and patients of all beliefs, including all major and minor world religions and those with worldviews that are more humanist or individual in nature.

All beliefs are regarded as equal and we endeavour to understand your individual needs, responding in ways that bring you calm and strength. They can provide support during a crisis as well as during ongoing recovery. To speak to someone call 01274 365819

Staff Equality Networks

We have three staff equality networks for Black and Minority Ethnic staff, Disabled Staff and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans staff. The service provides advocacy and support to all staff across the Trust. You can contact a Staff Advocate directly for confidential, impartial advice, helping you to understand your options and make an informed choice about how to address your situation or concern.

Confidential Care Employee Assistance (CIC)

Counselling advice and support for managers and staff.

Access to online resources including self-help, well being and debt management information.

Email assist@cic-eap.co.uk include name, organisation, contact number, the best time to receive a return a call (preferably with a 2 hour time window) and a brief sentence on the contact reason.

Project 5 Wellbeing Support Service

Bradford Survive & Thrive

Staying Put and partners launch Bradford Survive & Thrive – for all domestic and sexual abuse survivors. Staying Put, DVS, Women Centre & Family Action are joining together to help families who have experienced domestic abuse and sexual violence. Together they can give you the right support at the right time, to make you safe, sooner, and help your family to recover and heal.
