HCA Bootcamp – December

The 10-day HCA Bootcamp is the trust’s induction programme for new and experienced support workers. It introduces participants to the Care Certificate and provides essential training in safe, compassionate, patient-centered care. Delivered by experienced educators, the programme is open to all clinical non-registrant support roles—not just Healthcare Assistants.
