The Electronic Staff Record is the system used by the Trust to record data about the workforce. ESR helps to support workforce management and planning.
Employees can view and enter their personal data, ensuring this is accurate. ESR gives employees access to their payslips, total reward statements and training records.
ESR can be used to book onto mandatory and non mandatory training courses, complete eLearning and to look at the training requirements for your role.
All employees are allocated a unique username on commencement of employment.
